One night, well after closing, Zak and I were downtown Vancouver and
discovered an open door to the Bentall Centre and subsequently the mall
tunnels. I took this shot for the contrast between the mannequins and
the duratran poster. If you have a face, you don't have to show the body
and if you have a body, well, why have a head? Simple, effective marketing,
but a complex and troubling image. And to anyone who suggests that I targetted
this company...visit your mall. Take a look at nearly any clothing store.
